At Grace Gardens, every arrangement is custom-designed to reflect your story, colors, and style. To help you plan ahead, we’ve created this guide with typical price ranges.
Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a grand affair, this will help you understand what’s possible within your budget before we meet.

Estimated Floral Budget:

$1,500 – $2,500 Small or intimate weddings (Terrace Ballroom)
$2,500 – $4,000 Moderate floral coverage
$4,000 – $6,000 Full wedding coverage
$6,000+ Custom large-scale florals

*Our couples typically invest between $3,500 – $7,000 for their wedding florals, but we’re happy to customize to fit your priorities.

Personal Flowers – Estimated Investment

Personal flowers include all wearable florals for the wedding party and immediate family. Pricing varies based on flower choice, size, and season.

Typical investment range: $350 – $1,200+

Common items & average pricing:
• Bridal Bouquet: $100 – $350+
• Bridesmaid Bouquets: $50 – $125 each
• Groom Boutonniere: $18 – $35
• Groomsmen & Father Boutonnieres: $18 – $30 each
• Corsages (mothers / grandmothers): $25 – $35 each
• Flower Girl Basket with Petals: $45 – $75

Ceremony Flowers – Estimated Investment

Ceremony florals help frame the moment and create visual impact for photos and guests.

Typical investment range: $350 – $2,500+

Popular ceremony options & pricing:
• Ceremony Arch Florals: $250 – $1,500+
• Cross or Altar Arrangement: $250 – $350+
• Aisle Markers or Chair Florals: $45 – $95 each
• Entry / Welcome Table Arrangement: $125 – $350
• Pedestal Arrangements: $350 – $900

Reception florals are customized based on table style, centerpiece height, and overall design aesthetic. Pricing varies depending on flower selection, size, and number of tables.

Please complete the Floral Intake Form to start the process. It will ask about your event details, preferred color palettes, quantities (e.g., number of centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres). This gives us everything we need to begin your custom design.

Upload Your Inspiration Photos (or Pinterest)

Next, upload any inspiration photos that capture the look and feel you want. The form includes a spot to paste your Pinterest board link (if you have one); if not, you can upload images directly. Aim for 5–10 clear examples and feel free to note any must‑haves or “please avoid” items—this helps us dial in your style.

Schedule Your 1st Zoom Appointment

After you’ve completed Steps 1 and 2, you’ll be ready to schedule your Zoom consultation.

Please note: appointments open beginning seven business days after your submission. This gives us time to carefully review your intake form and inspiration photos before we meet.

During your consultation, we’ll review your selections, confirm arrangements, and finalize your floral design plan.

Fresh Floral Guidelines

To ensure quality, consistency, and a cohesive event design, please review the following guidelines regarding florals and décor:

Fresh Florals
• All fresh florals must be provided exclusively by Grace Gardens Florals.
• If outside fresh florals are brought in, a fee will apply.
• This fee will be coordinated through your event coordinator. For details, please contact your coordinator directly.

Vases & Containers
• All vases and containers must be provided by Grace Gardens Florals.
• We do not allow a mixture of client-provided and Grace Gardens vases to maintain design consistency.
• The only exception is if Grace Gardens is unable to source a specific vase. In this case, outside vases may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Personal Flowers (Bouquets, Boutonnieres, Corsages, etc.)
• All personal flowers must be provided by Grace Gardens Florals.
