Grace Gardens Event Center has four beautiful ballroom sites, each tailored to meet your unique requirements. Experience the elegance of our breathtaking chandeliers, high ceilings, and other features that are sure to create unforgettable memories.
Additionally, our facilities are equipped with high-quality sound systems, lighting, guest rooms, and more to guarantee that your guests won't miss a single moment of your special event.
Grand Ballroom
This 15,000 sq.ft. facility accommodates up to 550 formal seating and 700 theater style. Unlike any other ballroom or hall our "Grand Ballroom Facility" is designed as an "open canvas" to allow for versatility. The large perimeter windows allow our guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and stunning sunsets. The spacious entrance lobby is multi-purpose and can be used as a cocktail area or for small intimate gatherings.
Guests can also enjoy the outside scenery from the extended patio. It is also equipped with excellent surround sound, two large projector screens, LED lighting, and white ceiling drapes. Our Grand Ballroom can easily be transformed for any special event to tailor to the vision of our clients.

White Peak Tent Ballroom
The White Peak Tent gives you the comfort of an indoor facility while providing a garden ambiance. It is fully draped from the inside and has the flexibility to accommodate small intimate gatherings as well as large events. Our White Peak Tent is a 7,000 sq. ft. semi-permanent structure with refrigerated coolers for the summer and heaters for winter. It is surrounded by beautiful outdoor scenery ideal for picture taking.
